The city of Kolkata is gripped by panic as a series of murders unfold, each victim found with representations of the nine avatars of Lord Vishnu. High-ranking police officials are baffled, but Special Branch Officer Mr. Banerjee takes on the case. The investigation leads to Ananya's house in the hills, as the victims are somehow connected to her. Suspicion falls on Ananya, but as the mystery unravels, the true killer is eventually apprehended.
